For conversion and filing financial statements in iXBRL format with Revenue


The Office of the Revenue Commissioners (“Revenue”), Ireland government’s agency for taxes and customs, mandated filing of financial statements in iXBRL format Large Case Division customers in October 2013. All other corporate taxpayers, excluding those meeting the Revenue’s exempt criteria, will be subject to mandatory iXBRL reporting from October 2014.
